Director and writer Christoph Scheermann was born in East Berlin. At the age of 12 he started as main cast in the German adaptation of “Married with Children”. For many years he has been working as a producer and voice over artist for daily entertainment shows – covering national and international topics – on Germany’s biggest nationwide TV network. The 34-year-old is alumni of the Berlinale Talents and graduated from Europe’s first self-organized filmschool “FilmArche” in Berlin. His awarded short films have been selected by 100 film festivals worldwide. Currently he is working on his first two feature films.
