Pierre studied at the prestigious Cours Florent school of acting for three years in Paris. Upon leaving, he won himself parts in TV movies. He became known to audiences world-wide in 2013 when he was cast in Alain Guiraudie’s STRANGER BY THE LAKE as the lead character of Franck. Pierre was nominated for a Cesar award in 2014 for Best Male Newcomer. He will star as a lead in the new Philippe Claudel film, which starts shooting in June 2014.
