Todd Hughes is an American screenwriter, producer and film director. The producer of 2011’s Hit So Hard and the executive producer of Room 237 – an exploration into the theories and messages of Stanley Kubrick’s The Shining – Hughes has enjoyed an extensive career in documentary film-making. His latest film, a collaboration with his husband P. David Ebersole, is titled Mansfield 66/67 and explores the final two years of renowned Hollywood sex symbol Jayne Mansfield. He currently resides in California with his husband.
