As a founding producer of Speak productions, Cory Krueckeberg has directed, written, produced, designed and edited for all of SPEAK’s acclaimed works, including the short musical film, Fairies (Tribeca FF), the feature musical film, Were the World Mine (NY Times
Critics’ Pick), the short mockumentary, Revelations, the feature film, Mariachi Gringo (Miami FF Opening Night & Guadalajara FF Best Film Award) as well as their current no-budget experiment Getting Go: The Go Doc Project. Cory was honoured as “Someone to Watch” by the Cleveland Int’l Film Festival and once made a living as an actor on stages all across Chicago as well as on stages large and small in 40 states across the USA. He fell in love with filmmaking while acting in Peter Weir’s Master & Commander and Sam Mende’s Road to Perdition.
